Terms and Conditions

  1. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT 24 HRS .
  2. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHTS OF ADMISSION.
  3. UNMARRIED COUPLES STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO THE APARTMENT.
  4. ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE DONE TO THE APARTMENT PROPERTY, THE COST OF THE SAME WILL BE RECOVERED FULL.
  5. THE MANAGEMENT MAY ASK ANY GUEST OR VISITOR TO LEAVE THE PREMISES WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER
  6. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO THE APARTMENT , IN CASE A VISITOR WANTS TO VISIT THE ROOM GUEST WILL BE VERIFIED BY THE MANAGEMENT AND PERMITTED.
  7. THE GUEST BOOKING THE ROOM WITH US SHOULD CARRY A VALID ID PROOF RECOGNISED BY GOVERNMENT OF INDIA , STATE GOVERNMENT , REPUTED ORGANIZATION OR CORPORATES
  8. CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL OR SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT
  9. ANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE STAFF SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE GENERAL MANAGER, NO DIRECT ACTION TO BE TAKEN.
  10. KEEP YOUR VALUABLE SAFE.MANAGEMENT DOES NOT BEAR ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR VALUABLES .
  11. HAND OVER THE KEY AT THE FRONT OFFICE WHILE GOING OUT .
  12. HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE BETWEEN 10.00 AM TO 04.30 PM. LINEN WILL BE CHANGED ONCE IN 3 DAYS FOR LONG DURATION STAY, IF ANY CHANGE IN FREQUENCY CHARGES WILL BE APPLICABLE.
  13. PET ANIMALS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED INTO THE APARTMENTS.
  14. YOUR SUGGESTION ARE WELCOMED TO SERVE YOU BETTER.
  15. EACH GUEST STAYING AT THE APARTMENTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE ABOVE REGULATION AND AGREE TO ABIDE THEM ALL TIMES.
